About #EDNA
EDNA is a fictional predictive algorithm featured in the TV series NCIS, primarily in Season 23, Episodes 17 and 18. Developed by forensic scientist Kasie Hines and named after her grandmother, the program was designed to identify genetic traits from fingerprints and create suspect profiles based on DNA evidence. It was stolen and misused to frame Kasie Hines for murder before she ultimately deleted it due to its dangerous potential.
